# Countersignatory

> The going rate for a human minute: a live spot index and quote engine for verified human judgment, consensus, accountable professional sign-off and regulated notarial acts. Quotes are indicative. No task is fulfilled yet; the market opens after the current demand-measurement window.

Four markets, ranked by what the responder has at stake: Check (a quality score), Consensus (several scores in agreement), Countersign (a name and a professional registration), Seal (a licence the state recognises). Responders are never charged and a published wage floor of $0.25 net per active minute is in force. API keys are free, instant and unapproved.
